A temporary injunction requires more than just irreparable harm. It also requires a likelihood of success on the merits. Thus, by granting a temporary injunction, the judge clearly intends to rule in Sorsby's favor at the eventual trial.
What's the burden of proof for proving likelihood of success on the merits? I thought I saw that it was prima facie?

Punishments cause harm to the person being punished. Well yeah, that’s the point. Otherwise no one should be punished for anything Or at best, people would only ever be fined for anything.
That's not what he said. It's a temporary injunction until it can be properly litigated, and the judge determined there would be irreparable harm to hold him out until a final judgement is made.

I don't know how wide spread w. g. Grinders was, but it's their recipe.

It's actually really good. Definitely different than traditional which I also enjoy.

You need to add ground beef fat I would assume.
Secret's Wild Orchid Caribbean Jerk Chicken

I made a double batch of this for dinner tonight and it was fantastic. I kept the seeds out of the scotch bonnet peppers so the heat was light for a few sensitive palates.

Ingredients
1 tbs ground allspice
1tbs dried thyme
1 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 1/2 tbs salt
1 1/2 tsp ground sage
3/4 tsp ground nutmeg
3/4 tsp ground cinnamon
2 tbs garlic powder or fresh
1 tbs sugar
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
3/4 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup orange juice (or pineapple)
1 lime juiced
1 scotch bonnet pepper (habanero)
3 green onions--finely chopped
1 cup onion---finely chopped
4-6 chicken breasts (you can use the whole chicken or which ever type you prefer)
I used an immersion blender instead of traditional and it worked really well. I also pounded the chicken breasts thin for more even cooking to 150 degrees internal. Nearly everyone overcooks their chicken going to 165 or more for white meat, don't fall into that trap. Once you cook chicken to 150, you will never go back.
Really good depth of flavor, 10/10.

Yes. I’m annoyed.
It was written in Maryland about a road there, incorporating geographic entnties mostly in Virginia, uses the the state of West Virginia by name, not western virginia, and they originally wanted it to be about Massachusetts.
It's almost like it's a fluid work out art, not a tribute to anything, that was rightfully incorporated into the culture of West Virginia.

The family deck is located in right field behind sections 303-316. It's fully shaded.
The current bullpens are super accessible and you can literally hear the banter by the players.
You can also watch an inning at field level from the old bullpens. 15 people are admitted for one inning, then switched out. Not sure how you feel about waiting in line.
