Anytime we have stuffed bell pepper, we have mashed potatoes along with it.

Good friends of ours have tickets in 214 right next to the gold chairs. He sells me their tickets to non-conference games every now and then.
I asked him once how much he pays for these seats and he just laughed and said that he was embarrassed to tell me.

Mash bananas until smooth
Add butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla and milk
Mix until combined
Add 3 cups of flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon, then mix
Pour into greased pan
Bake at 425 degrees for 5 minutes
Lower temperature to 350 degrees but do not remove muffins
Bake for 17 minutes
It's a muffin recipe that I bake in a loaf pan. You can make it either way if you have a muffin pan.

I've been baking white bread, yeast rolls, pizza crusts, banana bread and cinnamon rolls just about every weekend.
Most of the time, I will only taste a little bit of what I make, and the wife and kids will eat the rest.
I get the most enjoyment out of seeing whatever I'm making come out perfectly.
