As a female- I can assure you it most certainly does matter.
According to the law by which the decision in this case was made, it does not. Wrestling moves are wrestling moves. Rape is rape.
What does "rape 3" in this jurisdiction have to do with the gender of the offender? If someone jams their fingers up there in a way that's outside the normal touching of the sport, then it's a crime. Doesn't matter if those fingers belong to a chick or a dude who thinks he's a chick.
Ehh, I think the tranny stuff is as ridiculous as anyone but I'm ok with this ruling. It's wrestling - you're going to get touched in parts that wouldn't otherwise be normal. I'm not seeing what this has to do with one of the participants being a tranny.

I dipped out this morning to buy ZETA at the low open. Best of luck to everyone!
Good luck to you

I hope you do well with ZETA, but I selfishly hope you look back in a couple of years like Paul Allen is now looking back on NBIS
What a shite stock! Wish I would've sold last year like Paul!

I think that's spot on. It seems to be in their best interest to tread water at the $4-5 range (high enough for NASDAQ eventually, but low for Canadian tax purposes), until the redomicile is complete. I'm sure they'd like to slow roll NASDAQ until shortly after redomicile as well, and then (hopefully) an avalanche of other news they've been sitting on.

Now maybe we're giving KB and team way too much credit, and I'm a little skeptical based on her experience. But if that is indeed the needle that she has been threading for the last few months, that's pretty savvy. I guess we'll find out by this Fall whether that is the case, or whether there just hasn't been anything happening.

From the tidbits I’ve read, I’m thinking end of July is when I’ll start getting impatient on redomicile.

3 weeks ago, I bought 4 shares around 660. Just put in a limit order for $1000.

As much as I want to let it ride, 50% profit would be pretty nice…
Thanks for the update. I've been really curious where he would land.

If you were AD and Lane was to inform you that he was going to coach at Alabama next year. Would you want him to finish the season. Especially when his replacement is already in place and chopping at the bit.
OK, but I think you mean "Ole Miss built different from Tulane", because those are school decisions. Really nothing to do with the coaches.
How are their situations different at all? He said he would not have left Tulane if his new employer told him he couldn't coach in the playoffs. Lane's new employer never put any ultimatums on him like that.

He even acknowledged he left his current team before the playoff, and asked whether they wanted him to coach. Sounds just like what Lane did :dunno:
I'm riding. Had another loser I've been looking to get out of.

In DUOT for 170 shares

DARPA

Was there any confirmation that HG responded to this?

The amount of grip force I use on the stack of shares I've held since September is certainly decreasing.
I understand the frustration and also wish it was going a little smoother, but I look at it this way - in September, I bought a lottery ticket stock with big upside and a very real chance it was worthless.

Fast forward 8 months. The stock is worth 3-4x what it was back then, and real progress has been made (not as much or quickly as we'd hoped, but it's still there). The odds of the lottery ticket paying off are higher than they were 8 months ago. The odds of this stock being worthless are much lower than they were 8 months ago.

This is more of an emotional response.

Taking a loss isn't a bad thing. You can report the loss on your taxes, and it frees up money for a stock you like better.

If you wait for MRLN to go ip 25% but OUST goes up 30%, you'll end up with fewer shares in the end.
Yep, I made some money on it but I held a bag on AUPH for years and learned this lesson the hard way.
