If you were an enterprising type with a little seed money, you could make a database of companies who are just so tone deaf, they clearly don't know how the real world works and just silently take advantage of them.

Like this one, for example. All you have to do is not have your head completely up your arse, then start a competitor to these companies with neutral messaging and you can probably make a fortune.

With all due respect, isn't this commonplace for any rural tract that suddenly has a massive corridor being built through it, to be rezoned? Was there a hearing, or is there some kind of quiet way to change zoning when a new city incorporates?

Obviously the Pecue corridor is primed to be the next Siegen, Bluebonnet, Essen, etc. It would make sense that the SG leadership isn't gonna just let anybody through a bunch of bullshite up on it like BR does.

You don't get a whole lot of ops to design a major thoroughfare from the ground up. I appreciate the SG braintrust using due diligence. If Klienpeter wants to just do whatever they want, there's lots of empty lots and shitholes in NBR they can run roughshod in.
