Go in late May. Historical data tells you most roads are opening at that time. Excellent wildlife viewing and the crowds will be minimal which is extremely important. West YS area is good base camp for entire park. I like to stay in the Victor Idaho area when visiting GTNP. It’s a cool area but you must navigate the pass each day to get to park which I didn’t mind. JaxHole was just too much of everything for my liking. Have a great time it’s a really special place

I played all the SanDestin courses last week they were in excellent condition.
There will be bloodshed of fans at this one, on that fact I have no doubt. I’m expecting to receive 2 and am still contemplating wanting to be there and subjecting myself to the elements…

As a longtime umpire at multiple levels. It’s not the glove or arm reach I’m watching . The ball crossing the zone is all you’re seeing . Framing gets u very few if any calls.
In many lil league instances as a solo umpire I called the entire game from behind the pitcher. Many think it’s a better vantage pt for calling balls and strikes at that level . I agree that it is
