Feels like the kind of game where the Czechs are going to sucker punch them out of nowhere.
No doubt WCA RA’d because his feelings were hurt.

Hope all you dumbfricks are happy with where we are now.

It wasn’t even 10 years ago. The celebration of the first California legislation on this board even in 2019/2020 sounded just like that.

I don’t know if the fan base, MLS, and the federation are completely over run by weirdos or people who are more concerned about pushing certain political and social agendas….or if it just seems that way because the weirdos and those with the agenda happen to be the loudest, most visible people or actions from each group.

But either way it has to be a detriment to truly advancing the game.

His swing reminds me a lot of Brett Wallace.
Wasn’t there talking him going to Fulham or Bournemouth?
My favorite is “it’s a communist sport!”

In one sport if you finish at the bottom of the league you get kicked out to a lower league, lose money, etc.

In another sport if you finish dead last you not only stay in the league but receive the top draft pick.

Which one sounds like communism comrades?

Grade school soccer is fun to watch, the little ones milling around kicking at the ball.
Yeah, and 7U coaches pitch is more fun to watch than real baseball as well.

Does the OP think LSU needs to be the absolute top spender to win?
Some posters have inferred as much from Jay’s comments on revenue share.

Maybe it’s neither.

So get rid of the rule about players betting on their own games. It no longer applies. At this point I don’t care as long as anyone can do it.
To make sure I’m following, you are saying to get rid of the rule about players betting on their games and that it isn’t needed?

It’s a privilege not a right to play college sports. No one is entitled to play. It isn’t against someone’s rights to be denied eligibility correct?
This line of thinking went out the window with the NIL ruling.

I'm all for Name,Image, and likeness - IF it makes sense, like selling your jersey with your name and number on it.

But, you can't have boosters paying players a million dollars to say a couple of words on a commercial or sign a few things on a Saturday morning in the Summer time.

The booster just would have paid a million for the jersey instead. That’s why there was never any gray area in the rules.
It really is comical.

“I hate the NCAA and its rules, frick those guys.”

Lawmakers and courts dismantle all authority the NCAA has to enforce its rules.

Mass chaos ensues.

“You know what, this sucks. We really need some rules in place to keep all of this bullshite from happening. NCAA do something!”

I say all their opponents need to take a stand against the NCAA
I don’t know how people still think the NCAA is in favor of any of this.
Government created the problem, now we’re asking government to fix it. I’m not optimistic.
