I'm self employed. I work more hours now then when I was on salary, because almost all my time is billable. Usually 40 to 50 hours a week. Occasionally over 50.

Savings on pool chlorine by itself pays off the membership.

Depending on where you are staying, check out the trollies for getting around some of the tourist-y areas.
We ride a trolley from the middle of Pigeon Forge to Dollywood and the water park, so that we wouldn't have to worry about parking on site.
