Not playing ball on Dobson and losing Bryant should really free up a lot of money for us.

These kids in this class and the upcoming classes are going to be blown away with these home atmospheres this fall. NIL is paramount but we really need to win again.

Maybe she’ll be developed better, but I thought the same with Berzon and she looked more or less the same.

Tech’s facilities are a dump, this is straight transactional :lol:

ETA: as much shite as I give Beth, Tech poached girls from Florida, Tennessee, and UCLA last season…all far better programs than LSU

If Texas tech is willing to shell out a ton of money it’s difficult to blame the girls for taking a pay day. I enjoy the non revenue sports but first priority is seeing the big 3 has everything it needs.

Beth will probably still have us in our usual 42–18 regional season with or without Heavener. It is what it is.

357 mentioned a long time ago some donors who gave a lot to softball over the years were over the Beth era so I would imagine our NIL is weak.

However, I’m sure everyone’s NIL outside of Tech, OU, and Texas in softball is weak anyway

I feel like we hear this every season though. :lol:

She has a big class so the others listed beside Edwards and Heavener wouldn’t be very surprising. I wouldn’t be shocked if Heavener is disappointed in her development to this point.

This is my thoughts too. Royal is going to (rightfully) cost a fortune which gives ole miss an opportunity for a better offer.

We’re in it for a ton of great receivers, not worried about that playing out…would love to hear more OL and defensive players in play.
