$200 glove is cheaper than flying to Dominican and seeing what they have

We have this thing called the Internet that can show you.

They'll fold up a milk carton and play with it.

Happening all across western civilization at the same time. And it's by design. Obviously.

I pray that cooler heads prevail and we can find a way back from the cliffs edge.

Same. There are good people everywhere. They might not be the same race, religion, or political affiliation as you but they're still good people. I just hate how divisive things have gotten, even amongst those who don't have super hard line stances on things.
quote:

The "good blacks" you're referring to are just people trying to get through the day, put food on the table and a roof over the heads of their family. They have kids they're trying to raise and stresses of their own, and don't have the time or emotional space to have this extracurricular hate that these jobless EBT people have because they're losers that want to blame everyone except the mirror.

So they're normal folks that don't view everything through a racial lens so many others do.

People are going to naturally gravitate towards their own kind and similar looks are the obvious path there.

Things are just so fricked now. One of my best friends in HS was black. He and his dad were GREAT musicians. His dad taught me how to play the drums. We hung out a ton together. I'd always have his back and he'd have mine. It wasn't a race thing it was just people being people. It's a damn shame we've gotten to this point though. Every groups problems are the result of some other groups actions.

Intersectional politics is destroying America from the inside out.

This is beyond fatigue.

It has become cliche but the aaron mcgruder speech is coming to life in real time. It's become beyond fatigue.

I legitimately don't care anymore. I afford zero benefit of the doubt. I'm not open to listening. I don't care about the situation. I automatically assume the worst.

I'm all about helping people. Not by force of the government but I have no issue helping people get up on their feet. Growing up I had plenty of black friends that I was cool with. We hung out at school, they spent the night at my house, I slept over at their house, I went to family reunions. I've lost that "well they're black and it's hard for them here" feeling.

It honestly feels like I've lost a bit of my humanity with how flippant I am about it. It sucks, but they aren't helping it any at this point.

57589135th times the charm!
I don't even want him suspended at this point. I want him to play and they miss the playoff. Make them go through all this shite for nothing.

I’ll never forget how he treated one of his viewers who simply asked hypothetically about LSU firing BK after the A&M game.

"Forget it. LSU doesn't have the appetite to fire BK right now."

Remember when Louisiana hospitals *promised* that Medicaid expansion would allow them to lower their costs?

Still couldn't tell me upfront how much my son's heart echo would cost the other day. Still charged me $1,600 for a zofran and motts apple juice box for my daughter when she was throwing up for hours on end last year.

I'm against the whole "free healthcare" thing but something has to give somewhere. We're getting absolutely raped.

Karmelo, that is just part of his culture and was easily ready to use lethal force.

They have constantly been making shite up to justify their position that the Dindu Nuffin was justified.

Pre-trial there was at least a possibility it happened the way they claimed. Now that the evidence has been seen and reported on there's no doubt.

even seen some claims of a "secret tape" proving the false narrative that Anthony was jumped.

Someone posted a video the other day and there was a black guy saying he was in the courtroom and it clearly showed 4 guys jumping him before he stabbed Metcalf in self defense and fled.

Every other report about the video is it's blurry but clearly shows a one on one encounter. That escalated very quickly.

They're just making shite up at this point.

Ok and what about the witnesses that are lying and defending karmelo?

"They were so close they'd lie for him" is certainly a choice.

As fans, we will need to be prepared to refute arguments against him, whether they be based in reality or not.

My daughter had fetal anemia right when COVID kicked off. We went to Memorial Hermann. One of the doctors was great. He did the surgery but she had a slight brain bleed afterwards. Didn't think it was going to be a major issue but they did some scans and tests. While we were waiting the OTHER doctor said we should consider abortion because it could mess with her development. Brought us pamphlets and business cards and was telling us about places in NM we could go. I went the absolute frick off on the guy.

Got the tests back and they said she may be 2-3 months behind on milestones at the worst. She's now 6 and in the gifted program at her school. Reading on a 4th grade level. I know everyone loves to claim their kid is super intelligent and all but my daughter is legitimately smart as a whip.
Don't really care for this. The arena of ideas is where we should win.

No two ways about it. That fricking ref kept them in this game

Stay humble, eh?
USM or GA tech. Mostly USM though. They're a smaller school lost in the shuffle but still sells out for baseball. They've produced dudes, they've gone toe to toe with much bigger programs.

Someone in baseball thread said Kendall Rogers posts on here. I definitely believe it lol.

He does. Under his name.

She's been leading the charge on getting more donations for baseball. Frey's mom has done some as well. They aren't asking for their kids (especially in Frey's case), they're legitimately trying to help the program.
