I suspect/hope that the Pels traded him as a favor + as a path to getting Fears more playing time, and didn't do it with the expectation of improving. We didn't get anything of legit value back, and he was a winning player + fan favorite.

Murray does have some of that "dawg" in him. Not as much as Jose, but enough to be a really good mentor to Fears. And DJM's value was really low coming off the injury, so I get why they traded Jose instead. But as my 95 years young gamgam says when she wants to destroy me, "I'm not mad, I'm just disappointed."

My understanding is that the topography is the main reason they chose NOLA. Boring wants to get the experience working with the wet soil.

I posted it in nic's thread earlier, we should have kept those two and Naji. A team with Jose/Hart/Naji, whatever we lack in wins, we more than make up for in both dawg and 5+ game suspensions for fighting pussies like SGA. I don't give a frick, bring back 45 year old David West to play ~10 minutes a game to slap around Eurofigs like Wemby and Jokic.

And not just on the macro level. You see videos of them dying in public spaces, and no one seems to give a shite. I'll try to find it and post it, but there's one where there's about 6 people hanging around a shallow pool/tub, and one Jeet dives in, gets seriously concussed (or worse), lifelessly floats around the shallow pool, and the other 5 just kind of watch his body floating. Absolutely no urgency to help. The video had about 45 seconds after he dove in where no one did anything. Trash country and culture.

The floors above that 75' have to be occupiable, so it doesn't count if it's just mechanical/elevator rooms. There are pricey electrical and sprinkler requirements that kick in once a building is a "high rise", so you see a lot of buildings that fall just short of that.

I don't do much residential/condo type work, but from what I recall, condos more than 3 stories hit thresholds that see big jumps in costs. So you won't see many new 4 story condos because they're not financially viable (once you go beyond 3, you need to go higher than 4). I know that the NOLA WHD does have a decent amount of 4 story condos (I've lived in one), but those were built 100+ years ago.
