It's hard to say exactly what it is. But I always look forward to going, and even though I've been several times it never gets old. I have been when I was a kid, as an adult without kids, and as an adult with kids. And it's a great experience every time. Look at what people put up with in order to get that experience - the crowds, the heat, the prices. How does Disney do it?

the innocence in the place. Brings me back to the days when I was a little kid and watching the actors/cartoons.

Disney is the best at getting every one of their staff to buy into making each person's visit as magical as possible.

All of them are taught to ask "What would Walt do?"

Every business tries to be everything to everyone, but fails. The way the parks are setup, the shows and entertainment provide something for everyone. There investment in there people is second to none. Most device companies now give you 7 days training, Disney gives every employee 30days of one on one training and you have to earn your ears. There trainers stay with them in a mentor role for the first year. It's all about the details to make you feel the magic when you arrive.

I always seem to have 1-2 negative impressions with employees each time I go. But that's much less than anywhere else in this planet, for a week trip.

Disney's attention to detail is second to none.

That is what makes them great.

They just know how to turn adults into kids again. That's what keeps people coming back. The place is amazing.

If I never go back it will be too soon. One of my least enjoyable vacations ever and my kids both feel the same way. We went at a bad time June and I'm sure that added to the misery but I just didn't find it enjoyable.

When you are on their property, it's like you are in another world.

It brings out the kid in you. It's great to experience as a kid and great to experience as a parent with kids.

Yep. Honestly that's one of the main reasons I don't like driving on property. Once I'm there, I want to just forget about everything outside of my family and having a good time. I'll let Disney handle my transportation. I won't think about work. And I barely pay attention to the news.

Not going back until Sept....will seem like forever.

My wife is up my back to go and for the life of me I can't understand why this will be a good time. I can think of 100 places I'd rather spend that money and go see. Everyone says once you go you'll see, I remain skeptic.

I felt the same way before going. If you can't have fun at Disney World, something is wrong with you. If you have to truck kids around all day it's tiring but you enjoy watching them have fun. Never been without kids but it would be fun as hell when you could take your time eating and drinking all day.
