Watercolor Inn- Room Help

myself, Wife, and 2 young kids are looking to go to watercolor inn sometime this summer. I have been to rosemary beach/30A area but have never stayed at watercolor Inn.
For those that have, what room what you recommend? Current options on their website are ground floor vs 2nd floor vs 3rd floor. 3rd floor being the most expensive i assume for the view.
