Recommendations for lodgings/restaurants/sights in Port of Spain?

Hilton is a nice place. As far as restaurants there are a lot of chain restaurants in POS, also some good Chinese places just can't remember the names. Trotters is a cool sports bar with a good food/drink selection. Sight seeing head down to the beach and get a shark sandwich. Hope this helps...
