I would go to Hugo’s. An upscale Mexican restaurant and a fun and lively place for New Year’s Eve. Get the duck with mole’ poblano sauce. Exceptional.

Knicks play the Rockets that night in Toyota Center at 6. There are a bunch of places close by to go afterwards.
