Was thinking about attending an event in the future at the place, was wondering if people have any recomendations on places to eat, best bars, etc.

How are the amenities, and perhaps recomendations on packages the business provides?

I can't answer your specific questions, but I attended an event for work there last year and thought it was a nice place.
The restaurants are your typical overpriced stuff, but there is a good selection.

We enjoyed our after meeting gathering sitting outside drinking in one of their outdoor areas.

Nice place, nicer than L'auberge in some areas, but slightly behind in others. Vic and Anthony's is solid but expensive. There was a good place at the golf course called "19th hole" or "the Country club" which is detached from the main building (a plus in my books) but the Chart house has taken over the operation.......haven't tried it, but the space is cool and good view of the golf course from the bar. Blue martini is the bar to go to..

Place is over priced and the people are robotic.
Go to Coushatta. MUCH friendlier people. Better food and best golf by far.
