Anyone have any advice where to go in Switzerland. Considering Lucerne. Best to fly into Geneva or Zurich? Possibly head to northern Italy too. Any advice appreciated

How many days? Anything you are looking for/to do specifically?
Definitely go to Lucerne - incredibly beautiful. If Lucerne is the big city you want to go to, Zurich is closer. Geneva is also very pretty and driving across the country to Lucerne is also worth it for the views alone. Not a long drive either.

type switzerland in the search box, review the many threads already on it, and come back with specific questions.

Zurich is a great city and close to Lucerne. Easy drive but you could take train as well. You could head all the way down to Milan and cross the St. Gotthard Pass. Stops in the Swiss/Italian Lake District. Lugano is spectacular.
