Stayed at the Southern Hotel last night. It's an awesome place.
If anyone is coming to the Covington/Mandeville area I highly recommend it

Ive been there for drinks before but never to stay overnight. That being said, I have heard noting but good things about the place (depending on what you were looking for). You'll spend more than you have to if you just want a room on the Northshore but the place offers so much more than just a bed an shower.
