I'll be in Brownsville, Tx for work next week and was wondering if South Padre was worth pushing my flight back and spending a night?

Nice Beach; as is north Padre Island (Corpus Christi Beach & the Nat'l Seashore there)...
Not P'cola Beach nice, but worthwhile, imo.

Depends on how badly you want to spend a night at a beach that is excellent by Texas standards and mediocre most everywhere else
