recommendations on where to stay with in Cinque Terre

there is not much in the way of hotels that will wow you. We went in without a place to stay and were able to find rooms. I need to go through my old record, but there was a fella named Christiano in Vernazza, who hooked us up for reasonable rates. Like $60 Euros/night.
