Searched for previous Nashville threads and really only found comparisons to other cities.

10 guys, mid 20s, big drinkers. We will be there this Friday and Saturday night. What are some "must do" things we can hit in two days/nights? First time in the city for most of us. Staying at the Omni if that helps

Typically tons of bachelorette parties cruising around on the pedal bar, so easy slayings there.

Johnny Cash museum is great. CMHoFM is nice, but if you do it, add the Studio B tour.

Jacks BBQ is good, and about 2 blocks from the hotel. You can drink just about anywhere on lower Broadway, so just pick a few places.

Check out the Ryman. Grand Ole Opry may be back downtown. If so, and you can get tickets, go hear it in the Mother Church.

Robert's on broadway
Santas Pub
Acme Feed and Seed
South on Demonbreun
308 east nashville

If youre looking for a nice meal go to Rolf and Daughters in Germantown. If youre looking for bbq go to Martins new locataion downtown or Peg Leg BBQ in the gulch. Couple new rooftop cars opened in town too.

Broadway street is all you need to know. Once you get there and see the plethora of horny women there, you will abandon any other plans you've made. That town is a magnet for "girls trips" and is a raging vagina lotto ticket waiting to be cashed in for you and your crew.

Been there...and also stayed at the Omni.

Have fun. Report back.

This the Studio B tour is incredible if you are into country music or even music in general. The history in that small building is incredible

If New Orleans had a cleaner, more country version of Bourbon St but still plenty of drinking, then Nashville would be it...

Went for LSU/Notre Dame and New Years a few years back. Broadway is pretty damn awesome. Tell anyone who tells you to avoid the "tourist trap" bars to STFU. All are great but my favorite was The Stage.

All the locals and bartenders we talked to were extremely friendly. I think it's part of the experience.
