Anyone have any experience with this company?

Nope .. but you can go to XCARET by yourself, not sure what their tours include....specially if it is a "by water" tour
cross the water you have Cozumel go towards Cancun and you have Puerto Morelos off the main road. Go to Puerto Juarez and take ferry to Isla Mujeres. (then North-West Beach) ..this is my favorite island.
One of my favorite experiences is always in Cancun the JUNGLE TOUR ..sorta speed boats thru lagoon to pen waters. (book for early morning)

The wife and I just got from our trip, Kay Tours is legit. It was a private tour, so just her and I. We toured Tulum, and 6 cenotes. I highly recommended these guys for anyone going to Cancun/Cozumel/Playa del Carmen. They have several tour options available and they can give you the best options for any tour you would like to do. It was on the more expensive side, but it was well worth it. Once I get settled in I will be sure to add some pictures.

We used "your private tour" they were great. Owner drove us for the day and he is from New Orleans. Must be in witness protection because he knew all the mob guys from the 70's and 80's
