Jacksonville bachelor party

I am planning a bachelor party to Jacksonville in May to go to The PLAYERS Championship at TPC Sawgrass. Other than that we will likely do TopGolf and want to go to some cool bars.
What area would be the best place to stay for this type of trip: inner city, beach, etc.?
I have searched Airbnb and found a few but want to pick something close to a lot of things to do. Suggestions on that would be appreciated also.

Jacksonville is really spread out land wise. For example, if you stayed and hung out in Jacksonville's five points district, you'd be anywhere from 45 minutes to 1 hour to Neptune Beach.

One Ocean or air bnb, try to be as close to the pier as possible if air bnb. All the bars in that area.
I live in the area and can provide more insight if needed

The beach is the only answer as well, no reason to look elsewhere
Sawgrass is basically at the beach, top golf is eight miles away and everyone from town comes out to the beach to go out

Went to Jacksonville with three buddies a couple of years ago for a USA soccer game. Downtown was pretty worthless, so stay near the beach.
The night before the game we went to Lynch's Irish Pub, which is on/near the beach. I remember there being tons of bars in close proximity. Tons of college-aged girls. We had a blast.

Age group?
Lots of bars in the area
Ritz, tavern, shim sham room, hoptinger, brix, Lynch's
Depending on age there are some others that are pretty cool like penthouse at casa (overlooks water), etc
If y'all stay in Atlantic beach, there is lemon bar and few others in that one area as well

Age range is mid-to-late 20s to early 30s.

I would definitely check out penthouse, it's a bar on top of casa Maria
Other places to think about could be green room for Day drinking, blind rabbit for whiskey, zeta for brunch
The places I listed in earlier post are definitely in play for that age group

One Ocean
A great bar area in the lobby, nothing to get down to TPC. And there was always a bit of talent running around in the back area bar
Also, a little bit of stuff to walk around and do and places to eat down there with it.
Would be a great place for a guy like me who doesn't do any hardcore partying.

Depending on how much you frequented that bar, the bartender is a local celebrity
He is fighting the cancer battle right now and I think it's been bad but oooking up
