Any must do's while there? Just walk down the river walk? Best place to make dinner reservations tomorrow night?

Eat at Feast.... i posted a review on here somewhat recently. Food was kick arse.

The river is pretty much all "tourist trap" types of restaurants. If you must eat on the Riverwalk I'd suggest Casa Rio for Mexican Food or Little Rein for steak. Mi Tierra in the Marketsquare is also really good and a Texas icon. You would only need reservations at Little Rein.
If you want a small intimate place, try El Mirador on South St. Mary's. El Mirador has traditional Mexican Food and Veracruz style seafood. It is about a 5 min drive from the Riverwalk.
Our favorite place to eat in San Antiono is Jacala. It is about 10 min north of downtown.
There are so many good places out and around town. If you are looking for something specific, let me know. San Antonio is a nice city. Enjoy your time there!

If you are going to SA, eat Mexican or Tex mex. We like Jacala too. Every trip for us includes a lunch or dinner at Ray's Drive Inn for puffy tacos. Esquire Bar on the River is the place we go to if we stay at the river. Like previously mentioned, don't eat at the restaurants on the river.
The old Pearl brewery has been redone into a lot of shops and restaurants and that can be pretty fun to kill an hour or 3. The Grainery BBQ is pretty good there.

I always recommend these two on San Antonio threads:
The Guenther House is a place me and my wife fell in love with for breakfast, its killer! I want to go back to San Antonio just to eat here again.
Mi Tierra for Mexican food is good food along with a real cool atmosphere.
I'd also recommend making your way up to the observation deck at the Tower of the Americas (I actually proposed to my wife here). Awesome view of the city, there is a restaurant and bar up there as well but I can't vouch for their food.

Jacala allegedly "invented" puffy tacos. Nonetheless, their food is really good
FWIW, a lot of people like La Fogata. It isn't my taste but the folks that like it love it. Definitely worth a try if you are in town for a visit.

Second the rec for the Mirador. Make sure to go for Saturday lunch, for the Mexican soups. One is Aztec, I forget the other. Wonderful!

Bliss restaurant was pretty damn good. It was highly recommended on OpenTable so we booked it and afterward, we understood why that was.

Go to the spurs Twolves game tonight - even if you aren't a fan it's a great time

Had a good meal at La Fonda on main. It's a little pricey for Mexican food but we enjoyed it
