I've heard the deals aren't as good as they seem. Are there a lot of hidden fee's? Crappy planes?

Frontier has one of the youngest fleets in the industry. Airbus A319, A320 & A321. One of the things with F9 is that on some routes, daily service isn't offered. Only peak travel days warrant the cost of the flights. It can be a bitch if you suddenly need other options. Otherwise the airline is fine.

Yeah, well they have to compete with mega carriers. Southwest almost put them out of business.
