Going to the Arkansas - TCU game, what are good restaurants, bars, hang out places near campus. We will be there Friday and Saturday.

It'll be 4 dudes, mid 30s, all married if it makes a difference.

The Lonesome Dove near the Stockyards area. Then go to Billy Bob's after.

Take a look at The Woodshed. It is just north of campus, and is a great place to hang out. Upscale, outdoor BBQ place on the river.

Billy Bob's has been thrown out already, okay place to chase skirts and dance with the beautiful TX ladies.

You guys are mid 30's and may want to hang out somewhere away from the college crowd, try Sundance Square in downtown Ft. Worth has a lot of bars and restaurants. Take your pick, they are all pretty good.

If the weather is nice, check out the rooftop bar at Reata on Friday night. Sure to be some good scenery...

I'll add the west 7th area.

Lots of TCU girls along with plenty of 30 somethings.

All easy uber rides, though be prepared for surge pricing.

A little late to the party but I second geaux frogs suggestions. A few more:

Railhead will be packed with TCU folks but if you end up there, the brisket is just OK, get the ribs.

Good burgers are everywhere in fort worth. Can't go wrong with Rodeo Goat, freds, dutch's, or press cafe there.

Breakfast go to montgomery street cafe but get there early or be prepared to wait. If you don't want to listen, paris coffe shop and old south pancake house are also very popular. Vickery cafe always has a crowd but I've never been. edit: tacoheads on montgomery for breakfast tacos.

Taco edit:
Taco heads and torchys are popular. I like salsa limon on university and they have tortas, which are greatness.

There is also a food truck park off university on the river that can be a good lunch spot on saturdays
