Not checking in any luggage, only one carry on with me. Going to Vermont for the week, anything I should know?

It's an airline. This isn't anything complicated

They had a couple of planes almost hit the ground for no reason a few years ago. The pilots just weren't paying attention and realized just in time.

This might be the dumbest thread ever. It's a major airline. Get on the plane. Sit down.

Flew them a few times in the last two years. No problems at all.
One Carry on and one personal allowed.

Subtle brag is subtle.

But to answer your question, it's an airline so it is more likely than not that you will have a miserable experience. At best you will deboard the plane and say wow that really wasnt that bad.

If a flight attendant tells you that you have to give up your seat, you have two options

-- Give up that seat, and receive a $500 flight voucher, or
-- Don't give up that seat, take an arse whoopin, and collect at least $100K

Get ready for your flight to be delayed at least at an hour, seems to happen without fail whenever I have to fly united.

It's another airline. It will suck like the rest of them.

It might not smell as much like farts and BO like southwest. But there is still the possibility of some hooligan clipping his toenails on the flight. There isn't anywhere left with grace and charm.

Don’t wear head to toe LSU gear on the flight.

Always made me cringe/laugh when I saw that the times I had to fly to BR to visit my family.

Maybe stick to one LSU item(hat, shirt, etc).
