Been here the last 2 days, crowds aren't bad at all. Certainly not what I was expecting. Longest ride we had to wait for has been like 30-35 minutes. Is this normal for this time of year?? Or are crowds down? I haven't been in 10 years, there was no fast pass then, has that made this much of a difference? Fast pass in legit, makes everything so easy.

Just read the thread on page 2, those guys are spot on about crowds.

The perception of crowds this time of year is almost solely dependent on what park you are in on what day and what time of the day you are in that park. When you walk by Splash Mnt and it's only 20 minutes standby you can bet someone is looking at 120 at Soarin.

Florida schools may still be in session, which may explain the low crowds

90+ degrees - any crowd sucks. Best time is arriving on Labor Day, and spending a week. It's short line heaven

Much better than early December unless the Halloween Party is your goal.

You think the recent shootings in Orlando this weekend will have anything to do with that(pop singer shot Friday night and then the nightclub shooting Saturday night)?

No. Not likely. The wait times were fairly normal all weekend.

Two groups of people can be in Disney parks on the exact same day and have completely difference experiences in relation to crowd size. It doesn't mean that one is right and one is wrong it just means they did it very differently.

These were the predicted and actual wait times yesterday. It was pretty much the crowds they have been predicting for a couple of months. Some people undoubtedly waited 60 minutes for Space Mnt, 40 for Haunted Mansion, 30 for Pirates and 40 for Buzz. On the very same day someone else could have done the exact same attractions and waited no more than 10 for any of them based off of when they arrived, when they left and when they did certain attractions.

I downloaded an app that showed current wait times while in the parks. We've gone in late January twice without long waits.
