Charter fishing recommendations for Destin

looking to do a 4 - 6 hour trip for 2 people.

I went out with Drew Fusco over Christmas. Even in bad fishing conditions he found an awesome Amberjack bite. Young guy but very energetic and he was patient with my brother and BIL and their inability to fish. 
They had a 26' Cat hull that was very stable. The gear he had was ok...typical charter gear. He is a Bama fan but that was about the only flaw I found.
