Im looking for large sand dunes, like Mad Max. Is this in the country or should I go to Australia or Africa?

St. Anthony's Idaho. Rent a Razor for a full day. You can go nuts, or drive it around like a golf cart. Your choice for the level of insanity.

I've been to no.2 on that list. The dunes it seemed ran forever and it' was impossible to tell how high they were.
