Austin Recommendations for the Weekend?

I'm headed to Austin for 4 days and I'm staying downtown at the JW Marriot. I won't have a car with me, but it seems like there is plenty to do right in that area. Are there any can't miss places to go since it's my first time there? I was told to watch the bats at least once when I'm there. Thanks!

Across the street from the JW is the cedar door, great lunch. Go see the capital

The Driskill Hotel is a fun swanky hotel with good drinks and live music located in downtown Austin.

Food board thread
Some good pointers in here. Lamberts is a bbq joint a few blocks from the JW. I really liked it. There is a toy store on the same block that is worth a few minutes. And the theater where they film ACL is right there as well with the statue of Willie out front.
As noted, sixth street is an easy walk. I think the bats are as well though I didn't do that.
Probably too late in the year, but the pool at the JW was packed when I was there. Some kind of Titos weekend/ACL. Lots of scenery.
