Anybody rented a car from Firefly?

I've never heard of them, but it looks like they're owned by Hertz and mainly operate overseas.
Their rates are insanely cheap which have me a little skeptical. Also a ton of terrible reviews online.

I have. From what I can tell, the cars are retired from the Hertz fleet and moved to Firefly. I had no issues. I rented in Phoenix.

Hmm, interesting. They didn't try to nickel and dime you for everything, or overcharge your CC?
Those are the complaints I'm reading about.
Also, was it significantly cheaper than most other rental companies?

frick it, I just booked it. I called Chase to make sure the company and rate was legit.
It was $60 for a 16 day rental. That includes unlimited mileage too.
Unbelievable really, but if all else fails I only lost 4,000 Chase points. Crossing my fingers.
