YouTube & Google + - Can't add vids to playlists anymore

I thought they had scrapped this shite. But starting a few days ago every time I try to add a video Favorites or a playlist a popup comes up trying to get me to create a Google+ page & YouTube channel. Anyone else experiencing this/know anything about it?

Bump, don't know if this is the wrong board or what, but I'd appreciate any info you guys have. This is fricking up my entire YouTube experience.

YouTube on desktop or a phone? On mobile there are a few apps that can make playlists.
