Wrong City For Weather On Yahoo Homepage

I live in Lafayette but continue to have Brandon, Mississippi appear as my home city on the Weather Channel app on the Yahoo homepage. I have changed my location to Lafayette and set the Weather Channel to detect my location, as well as having my location available on my computer. Brandon continues to come back. Any suggestions for fixing this?

Move to Brandon, MS?
Seriously, though, there is probably a setting for your default location that you need to set.
