When editing a Wordpress website, WHAT is the circled part called?! It isn't the header, isn't a menu, isn't a widget that I can find.
I'm losing my MIND trying to figure out what this is called so I can change it.

This is a favicon...

OP, it may depend on what theme you are using. On the website I help manage, its just called a logo.

When you are signed in as an editor, look on the left nav menu for Appearance and choose Customize.

Lok for Site Identity (it could be under Header).

You should be able to customize the logo, site title, etc.

Go to the left for Themes. Go to Theme Editor and see if it's on the front page or header section

I did all of that, but it's the one thing not changing! It's driving me up the wall!

I have the option to change the icon- but that's the favicon for the site.
I've changed out headers, etc. It is none of these things. I'm about to pull my hair out!

Have you tried inspecting the element to check where it could be coming from?

That circled area you're referring to is usually the "Hero Section" or "Header Section" in many themes. It's where you often find key elements like the site title, tagline, and sometimes a call-to-action.
