Wiring bottom level for speakers.

I currently have a 5.1 set up with the rear behind the seating area on stands. I would like to mount these in the corners of the room. close to the ceiling.

This is on the bottom level of the house. I have regular ceilings, no tiles. There is another level above me and nothing under. Would there be anyway for like an electrician to run the wire in the ceiling? Perhaps through the holes cut for the recessed cans?
