Windows Laptop - Display and Monitor in unofficial "Zoom" mode??

Logged on to my Dell work laptop this morning (on with docking station with 22" monitor), and the display monitor/laptop screen is in what seems like zoom mode or 125% scaling? I made no changes , the display settings are normal, have rebooted, shut down and restart yet I cannot get either the monitor or the laptop display to sclae to 100%.
Any help greatly is appreciated because my productivity is poor in this mode.
ETA: "Skype for Business 2015" program is popping up when it did not before ?

Update - POS Regualry scheduled Tuesday Microsoft Update caused this "high tech" problem. Solution from IT consultant:
Disconnect video cord from docking station to monitor and reconnect. Problem solved @$50 hr
