Windows 10 features won't connect to internet but edge and other browsers will

So I'm having a VERY weird problem after upgrading to windows 10.
Windows Update, Windows Activation, etc. cannot connect to the internet but when I use browsers to go to various websites everything is fine.
Wtf?!?! Has anyone else seen this problem?
One solution on the internet was to turn off the proxy but it was already turned off. Very Very weird and frustrating that I can't get the latest updates to windows 10 or active it. Hell, even MS Store won't connect.
