Windows 10 blue screen issue.

I only have this problem during an exam, while on-line. I am logged into Examity through "Go-To_Meeting" and are monitoring my test; my computer will randomly restart. It says kernal error. I googled it and did some things to my computer when it did it last time, I thought it was fixed. It did it two times yesterday and that was the only time it occurs so I had no idea. Any suggestions?
