Wifi and cell phone reception working poorly after iPhone screen repair

I shattered the screen on my wife's phone and brought it in to a local place to get it fixed. Ever since, it has trouble picking up a wifi signal and continuously drops the network (I'll have full bars wifi holding my phone right next to it). Also, she always had full LTE service but now it constantly changes between LTE and 4G.
Is there something that could have been damaged from the repair? Do I have any recourse?

cheap China screens they get off eBay and alibaba. They lie about what type they are bc of huge markup. I take all mine to apple and have zero problems

They could have dislodged the antenna connector or the antenna or damaged the cable during the replacement process. Those cables are pretty fragile. Take it back and tell them what's happening.
