Who uses T-mobile and Rhapsody? Problems??!!?

We switched to T-mobile because they save us nearly 60% through my wife's work package (BCBS).
I have had Rhapsody for 8 years and enjoy the service. T-mobile has a promo on my phone that randomly turns off my music and asks if I want to use their service to begin a 30
day trial. I do not. Any clue how to stop this without calling them?
