Where to purchase "Rooted" phones

I have a Samsung Galaxy S5. Because of its upgrades, I can't find a simple way to root.
Keep in mind, I don't want an unlocked device.

Samsungs are notoriously hard to root. Get any other android phone, and they are much easier to root. I wouldn't really trust purchasing a "rooted" phone because you never know what someone else might have installed (purposefully or accidentally) on it.
