I had a mishap with my phone, jon boat, pond and partying after the LSU game. I have never had issues with breaking my phones or getting them wet before, but as i get older, i guess i cant handle my booze anymore.

Anyway, what is the best 3rd party company for this since Project Fi doesnt offer warranties/insurance. Right now, they do give a 1 time deal to replace the phone for 100 bucks. but since i am having issues keeping my phone safe i would like to look into getting some type of no hassle insurance.

Love SquareTrade. Wife is the destroyer of phones and they have been Johnny on the spot.

so there is a deductible? you pay 75$ every time you send it in. i mean i guess that is cheaper then buying a new phone but say you use it twice in the 2 year period that 250$.

man i need to weigh my options

The deductible through Verizion's plan was $150, and if I remember $9/month. SquareTrade is half that and only $5/month. Phone replacement has always been a new device and not a refurbished phone too.
