A website that I attempt to go to does not work on my laptop that is connected to my home internet through wifi. I can go to any other website on my laptop like I am right now typing this. The website that doesn't work on my laptop works on my cellphone if I turn off my wifi and use my data, this is confusing. Any idea why this is happening, and do you have a solution?

*I've already turned off and turned on my wireless router with no success.

Can any device within your home access the site while going through your wifi? You reset your router, but have you reset your modem? Have you tried deleting your cache, then close/reopen browser and try again? Have you checked the DNS settings in your router (i.e. Usually set mine to google)?

If it's happening exactly as you describe, consistently, then it sounds like the site might have your home IP blocked. Put the site in here and see what it says. Or just link us the site and we'll figure it out.

Could also be a DNS issue.

Tried to get to the website through multiple devices that are connected to my wifi with no success. If I turn off the wifi and go through cellular data I can load the page. I'm lost.

You are probably not blocked. Who is your ISP?

Have you ever changed settings on your router? If so, I would try changing your DNS to 8.8.8.8 just to see if it helps.

Hmm, actually it's possible you are blocked. I just tried to log in several times and now I can't load the site. Do you know who runs it?

Yep, it looks like I got my IP blocked by trying too many bad passwords. I can load the site on mobile, but not when I connect to wifi.

Did you maybe try too many bad passwords? We can't help you there, you're going to have to contact the site owner. Or hope the block gets lifted soon.
