Looking for a premium VPN and like everyone else I want it to be cheap with the least drop off in performance. Would prefer one I can use at home computer and on my phone. Don't really want it at the router level due to speed loss.

What kind of drop off do you see with mullvad? Meaning if you have 1m down do you see half that? I've only had experience with free vpn's and it's like 20% throughput.
