Vizio Smart Tv Won't Connect

All the apps have yellow triangles under them. I have tried restarting my modem. I am hard wired, is it a firewall problem from the provider?

one of my relatives has a vizio that I have never been able to connect...I have unsuccessfully tried several times over a few years. not sure what the heck is going on.
