TV Mount for porch

Looking for a tv mount for the screened porch, moving the old 50" out there. Was planning on getting a full motion like I have inside, but not wanting to drop $100 as the TV is almost 65 lbs and needs a really heavy duty mount. The tilt mounts seem to be a lot sturdier, for the money.
Question is, is it impossible to adjust cables and stuff on the back? Anyone have a tilt mount that they recommend? Monoprice still the best deals out there?
