TV issues...need help with Directv zoom

I have directv and even if I switch the zoom mode I get a cut off scoreboard on the saints game
I can barely see the scoreboard at all
Thoughts?

Push the format button on the remote and the current format will display on the tv. I use 1080 original format.

Check the format mode on the DirecTV as well as the format mode on the tv.

Try turning off overscan if it's enabled
