My idiot dog chewed threw the wire coming from the ground into the box. There's extra wire there, I just need to get in the box, remove the bad wire, pull the excess up, strip the wire, and connect that to the box. Can't do any of that though because I don't have the right tool to open the box. Looks like a hollowed out hex wrench. Can I get it at Lowe's? Home depot?

No, and I would advise against that. Just call them out and someone will come fix it.

I believe it is a fine to mess with their stuff. They understand that accidents happen and will come out to fix it for free.

Klien makes a tamper proof screwdriver set. Home Depot usually has in the electrical department. Lowes doesn't sell Klein tools.

It is actually a torx screw with the tit. Need a torx screwdriver that is hollowed. Check Home Depot.

I got the 100 piece screw driver security bit set from Harbor Freight for less than $10. It has the one that fits my AT&T exterior box. The smaller sets also have the bit. Google a 20% off coupon.

You can also use a small flathead.
