I'm looking for a reliable internet service that doesn't come with a TV service. They have a deal for $34.99 a month with download speeds up to 40mbps.
From what I've seen from other services, this is a fairly cheap price.
What are you experiences with CenturyLink?

Ive had them for years.
No complaints. They have offered good customer service. The internet has been reliable with mostly advertised speeds, etc.
Like every service provider of any kind, they will have occasional "down times" or tech glitches. But, these have been few and far between and they have been very responsive to taking care of the issue quickly.
My ONLY "complaint" is that they will sometimes run a single line from a pedestal down the block to a given house feed...and that line will remain visible (not buried ) for wwwwaaaaayyyy too long.
