Suggestions for new computer for 12 yr old

11 yr old wants new laptop computer for his birthday in a couple of weeks. Wants to be able to play games. What minimum should I look for Ram, Hard Drive, video card ect..... Also is there a good Black Friday deal that would work for this

Is he going to be playing minecraft or something much more graphics intensive?
